What you need to do:

Hertsmere BC have provided some guidance notes to help you complete your postal vote application.
Alternatively call 020 8207 7481 or email firstname.lastname@example.org and request to be sent a form (a business reply paid envelope is normally sent for you to reply)
If you are not registered to vote, first register to vote online. It just takes five minutes, you will need to have your National Insurance number to hand.
How it works:
At election time you will receive an envelope with the instructions and the ballot papers all enclosed, you can then sit down and make your choice by placing X against your preferred choice.
Seal everything up and then just post it (no stamp needed) back to the Election Office. You can also drop off your sealed envelope at your local polling station on polling day.
